Whether it’s providing solutions for cross-cultural challenges in communication, leadership approaches or facilitating decisions, Rosemary Gorman Morley’s role as an Intercultural Business Consultant is critical in my trainings. Rosemary provides valuable insights and strategies for Irish Senior Executives relocating to the United States. Her attention to detail, clear understanding of the client’s needs, and expertise and knowledge about the Irish and U.S. American cultures make her ever so instrumental in building bridges.
Mary Alice O’Brien Mecke, Intercultural Trainer / Consultant, who has provided cross-cultural training programmes for senior executives from Ireland, who have relocated to the USA with multinational corporations, where Rosemary has delivered the Country Specialist Sessions on Conducting Business Effectively in the USA
This was an excellent programme and the facilitator Rosemary Gorman Morley is exceptionally good - she helped us understand the Irish values and culture and behaviour styles in a very simple and easy way. This will help us immensely in our integration into Ireland.

I would highly recommend the Home Tuition / Language & Cultural Immersion Programme for anyone who wants to improve their English language skills and to learn about the Irish culture at the same time.
Rosemary was an excellent English teacher to me. After my stay with her and her family, I became more confident with my English.
Rosemary made the lessons very enjoyable by including all sorts of fun stuff such as games, role plays, music, cooking and small projects.
During my stay, I had the chance to constantly speak English with Rosemary and her family. We made lots of excursions together in and around Wicklow and Dublin. During my second homestay, we took a trip to Belfast and even visited the Titanic museum. That’s one of my favourite memories I have with her and the family.
During my stay with my “Irish family" I became fluent in English and I believe that this is the perfect way to learn English. I had so much fun that I even went back for a second time the following year!
Belgian Community Counsellor at KOCA VZW, Ella Rouffaer, who attended Home Tuition / Language & Cultural Immersion Programme in Ireland twice
It taught the differences of the cultures while outlining them as just different and new rather than weird or bad. It helped clarify things about life in a new place that stressed me out a bit at first but now are less scary.

Just a quick note to let you know we are settled in and it has been great. We have been to many places (Bray, Howth, Malahide, Galway, Cliffs of Moher, etc.) and the kids are REALLY knowledgeable and all because of the cultural lessons. They really know their counties, and many tips on the history of Ireland. That definitely makes a smoother landing for us.

I learned to respect other cultures and try to think from another person’s perspective. Rosemary was fantastic. Her body language, expressions are so lively. You just don’t get bored listening to her for an entire day. It was awesome.

I had the pleasure of having Rosemary as my cross-cultural trainer when I moved to Dublin two years ago. I enjoyed her great passion and a “can do” attitude, always providing great insights around business and life in Ireland. She was also very thoughtful with every single matter I raised and checked in with me afterwards. Rosemary has had a great impact on my professional and personal success in Ireland and I strongly recommend her to anyone.
Pilar Abad Rodríguez, Head of Category Development for Southern Europe at Diageo, who relocated to Ireland from Spain and attended Business English classes that were combined with cross-cultural training
Rosemary was my cross-cultural trainer and coach for my company's professional/personal repatriation program. The training she facilitated, along with her solid ongoing support, has helped me to build the level of confidence needed to excel upon return from my international assignment. She went the extra mile beyond the standard curriculum and checked in with me immediately upon my return, and at the 3 and 6 month marks. This helped me to not only reflect on my repatriation, but also my expat experience as a whole, including the intercultural skills and competencies I developed. I am 100% confident that Rosemary has personally contributed to my current success both professionally and personally. I hope that she continues to help others readjust and reintegrate as well as she has for me.

I have to admit I was looking forward to the training while yet not being so sure what I'd take away from it. It has been such a great help! Rosemary was exceptional, and we got to talk about the main cultural differences and the Irish values, which has been of such a great help. I also loved how we had a part on the steps I would be feeling after the move on a mood perspective - Let's put it this way, it was very, very, useful, and I highly recommend this training. Rosemary truly was exceptional. She has provided me with so much tangible information, made it very interactive, came with so many things (leaflets, maps, etc.), and I felt extremely confident with her. She gave me some "rules of the game" as to my new life in Ireland, and I have felt very supported and helped thanks to that day with her. It was a very useful and insightful programme. I have learnt so much during that day on how to adapt myself to my new Irish working environment to make the most of this experience. I think every new person coming to Ireland should benefit from it.

I went to Ireland for a working holiday for almost a year. I wanted to work at Starbucks because I worked there in Japan. However, I didn't have confidence to work in English at Starbucks. At the same time, my host family introduced me to their friend who teaches English. She was Rosemary! She listened to my story. Then, she suggested to me to take "The Language of Service". The programme was a part of my private English lessons. She taught me a lot of customer service expressions in a more polite way. She also checked my resume and I practised for my job interview. She gave me flexible lessons. Unfortunately, Starbucks wasn't hiring new staff at that time. However, after I came back to Japan, I started working at Starbucks again. I'm still working there now. I sometimes communicate with foreign customers in English and I am more confident than before. Also, some phrases I learned in the lessons are still useful even now. I really appreciate taking "The Language of Service".
