We help develop the intercultural competencies and language skills necessary for success when relocating abroad, working on or leading multicultural teams, doing business with international clients and teaching or studying in a culturally diverse learning environment.
We coach relocating professionals and their families to adapt and adjust to life, work and school in a new culture and to manage the transition process, as well as provide repatriation training on the integration process of returning home. We also deliver Country Specialist sessions on Cultural Roots, Conducting Business Effectively and Creating a Home & Lifestyle in Ireland, the USA and other countries, on request
We work with global leaders, multicultural team members, as well as educators and students to develop cultural awareness, understanding and intercultural communication skills to improve collaboration and productivity. We assist them to enhance their "cultural intelligence", leverage diversity and create more inclusive work and learning environments
We offer tailored Business and General English training, one-on-one or in a group, to relocating professionals and their families and to private individuals, as well as Home Tuition / Language & Cultural Immersion Programmes in Ireland for every age and level of English. All language lessons are interactive and include the four core skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing
We facilitate a unique guest satisfaction training programme for culturally diverse non-native English-speaking frontline staff called, “The Language of Service”, as well as culture specific workshops for the hospitality industry. We also administer Mystery Guest / Customer Evaluations to assess service delivery standards, pre-training needs and post-training results
Rosemary was the perfect representative to bridge the cultural differences between Ireland and America. She custom tailored a program to meet our individual needs and schedule. She went above and beyond to provide various learning materials and resources to make our understanding of Ireland the best it could be during this pandemic.
Matt Dos Remedios, Tool Install Project Manager at Intel, who relocated to Ireland from the USA and attended cross-cultural training programme
It has been a pleasure working with Rosemary on numerous occasions. Most recently we collaborated on a webinar project that focused on "Doing Business with the Irish." Rosemary is organized, reliable, professional and masters her subject area. She delivers her trainings with ease, kindness and humor. I would not hesitate to work with her again and recommend her to others. She is a gem!

I feel more confident that I won’t hurt anyone’s sentiments. The entire atmosphere was very friendly and we developed a lot of understanding of each other’s culture and beliefs. I learned to respect other cultures and try to think from another person’s perspective. Rosemary was fantastic. Her body language, expressions are so lively. You just don’t get bored listening to her for an entire day. It was awesome.

Very engaging and interactive programme, convenient online setup, valuable learnings. Rosemary is a great person; she can feel the needs of the client and adapt the programme accordingly; she makes good emphasis on things and helps to connect learning to real life.
Russian executive, Yuliya, Insights Director at PepsiCo, who relocated to Ireland from Russia and attended expatriate cross-cultural coaching sessions
I had the pleasure of having Rosemary as my cross-cultural trainer when I moved to Dublin two years ago. I enjoyed her great passion and a “can do” attitude, always providing great insights around business and life in Ireland. She was also very thoughtful with every single matter I raised and checked in with me afterwards. Rosemary has had a great impact on my professional and personal success in Ireland and I strongly recommend her to anyone.
Pilar Abad Rodríguez, Head of Category Development for Southern Europe at Diageo, who relocated to Ireland from Spain and attended Business English classes that were combined with cross-cultural training
Rosemary was my cross-cultural trainer and coach for my company's professional/personal repatriation program. The training she facilitated, along with her solid ongoing support, has helped me to build the level of confidence needed to excel upon return from my international assignment. She went the extra mile beyond the standard curriculum and checked in with me immediately upon my return, and at the 3 and 6 month marks. This helped me to not only reflect on my repatriation, but also my expat experience as a whole, including the intercultural skills and competencies I developed. I am 100% confident that Rosemary has personally contributed to my current success both professionally and personally. I hope that she continues to help others readjust and reintegrate as well as she has for me.
